By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order with Perchride.

Product Use & Safety

The Perchride S1 is designed for one adult rider and personal cargo only. It is not a medical mobility device and is not designed to carry additional passengers, children, or pets beyond what fits safely in the rear basket. Riders are responsible for using the scooter safely and in accordance with local vehicle classification and traffic laws, which vary by country and municipality.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time your order is placed is the price you pay. Payment is due in full at checkout.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Perchride or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perchride is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Warranty

The Perchride S1 includes a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear, battery degradation from regular use, and damage from misuse or unauthorized modification are not covered.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Perchride operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
